Pathetic - Was left stranded in the middle of the night

I had booked this property via MMT for check in on 27 April 2024 for a night stay with my kid. There was a 2-day sport competition for which we had to stay at Sonepat and hence I booked this hotel for one night. I called up the property at around 8 PM that I would be checking in at 9 PM. When I reached the property, I realised that it was the worst hotel that I had ever booked. Reasons listed below: 1. Entry is shady - backside of a non working mall. The hotel seems like it's been used for shady activities. 2. The reception was full of mosquitoes, AC wasn't working at the reception. 3. The most important point - I was unable to check in - as they were still repairing the AC of the room and they mentioned that no other alternative room was available. I had to put my stuff back in my car and move out of the hotel. 4. I created a couple of videos for my reference to claim the refund from MMT, but one of the smartypants at the reception switched like a chameleon from "requesting to wait for AC to get repaired" to "I can get you checked in immediately" when I started recording. Ultimately, I couldn't even see the room, leave alone checking in. MMT issued a refund and an apology voucher for this. This hotel is pathetic, shady, highly unreliable and fully avoidable.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I was driving back from Manali to Pune and had to lay overnight at a place and found this place off the internet, it was decent place for an overnight stay, the food served at the restaurant was also tasty. Overall, I would say a decent place for an overnight stay while travelling. The location was critical because it was right next to the peripheral ring road.

Can't expect a better hotel than this in Sonipat. Stayed for just 1 night. Didn't expect much after reading the reviews. But it's a pretty decent one. The bed was comfortable. The staff were prompt. Had a nice view of the highway. Didn't try food.

This property is not good for family stay, rooms and wash room are not clean. Old hard febric towel. Oftentimes used by unmarried couple.....I never recommend this. Staff behavior is not solution oriented.
